About P.i.R

Ian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (actually being the youngest to achieve this qualification at the time).  He brings a wealth of quality commerical experience across a diverse range of business sectors, having worked in a number of high-profile Chief Financial Officer roles before opening The P.i.R Partnership in 2004.

While being a fully qualified Accountant, Ian also has a good understanding of the day-to-day running and the challenages of both large and small organisations.  He enjoys working with the businesses and building a strong relationship with them and is able to consult on managerial issues, offer montoring and help build business strategies therefore, adding value to the businesses he is involved with.

Ian has 40-years of experience in finance and has gained an MBA from Imperial College, London, also becoming a Member of the Association, known for spearheading excellence and trailblazing innovation.

Ian has lived locally for many years and is committed to Shipston on Stour and all the surrounding areas, being actively involved with the Town Council, as well as striving to encourage and promote the local business network and community.

Emma joined The P.i.R Partnership early 2023.  Bringing with her over 33-years administration, project and contract management experience in sectors including Banking, Legal, Data Protection, Finance, Insurance, Construction and the Arts.

Emma is a Certified Client Advisor for Sage for Accountants and a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks and has achieved her Level 3 Accounting Award with higher distinction.  She works closely with P.i.R’s Clients and is always just a telephone call or email away to help out where needed.

Emma has always lived in Warwickshire and now lives with her husband in Shipston on Stour. In her spare time, Emma enjoys walking/training her Cocker Spaniel and Labrador, playing the piano and also draws and paints in watercolour and acrylic.

Jenny joined P.i.R in September 2015 as an apprentice studying for her Level 2 AAT, and will shortly be moving onto Level 3. She is responsible for providing payroll services for our clients and including supporting them with the paperwork and calculations required for leavers/joiners.

Jenny’s knowledge extends to auto enrolment. She sets up NEST (National Employment Savings Trust) schemes for clients and ensures they meet all their obligations in terms of letters to staff and filing declarations of compliance with the Pensions Regulator.
